Documentation, Statistics, and Media Unit<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>_<\/span><\/div><\/div>[vc_column_text]Documentation, Statistics, and Media Unit <\/u><\/strong>is responsible for undertaking the following roles and responsibilities :<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. Building a comprehensive database of information related to quality assurance, accreditation, and academic development activities, and maintaining both electronic and physical archives (including photos and videos) of all related events at the university and the center. This includes preserving all academic documents produced by the university in these areas.<\/li>\n
  2. Preparing the university\u2019s annual report.<\/li>\n
  3. Providing statistical data and performance indicators.<\/li>\n
  4. Entering and analyzing data.<\/li>\n
  5. Publishing and documenting the center\u2019s activities through various media channels.<\/li>\n
  6. Highlighting the importance and role of the center across different media platforms and on the internet.<\/li>\n
  7. Archiving templates and guidelines issued by the Accreditation Council.<\/li>\n
  8. Preparing quarterly reports and submitting them to the Center Director.<\/li>\n
  9. Developing the annual plan, monitoring its implementation, and submitting annual reports to the Center Director.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
