color: #0a214c;\"><strong>Strategic Planning Unit<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><span class=\"cz_line_side_solo cz_line_side_after\">_<\/span><\/div><\/div>[vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h6><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\"><em><u>The Quality Assurance Unit is responsible for undertaking the following roles and responsibilities :<\/u><\/em><\/span><\/h6>\n<ol>\n<li>Disseminating a culture of quality among university affiliates.<\/li>\n<li>Providing technical support to academic departments regarding continuous development, improvement, and the establishment of educational programs to achieve the intended learning outcomes.<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring the preparation of program and course specifications in the faculty.<\/li>\n<li>Preparing guideline manuals for quality implementation methods at the university.<\/li>\n<li>Following up on the work of quality committees in the faculty and evaluating their effectiveness in implementing quality assurance mechanisms through the analysis and assessment of their periodic reports.<\/li>\n<li>Proposing professional development programs for faculty members and teaching assistants in areas such as curriculum development, teaching methods, examinations, and scientific research.<\/li>\n<li>Studying the educational environment and developing plans to enhance it in ways that motivate students and build their capabilities.<\/li>\n<li>Establishing a database of quality assurance experts.<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring and qualifying the quality assurance units\/committees in the university&#8217;s faculty.<\/li>\n<li>Following up on the implementation of quality standards in scientific laboratories and ensuring their compliance with standard specifications.<\/li>\n<li>Preparing quarterly reports and submitting them to the center director.<\/li>\n<li>Preparing the annual plan, monitoring its implementation, and submitting annual reports to the center director.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/3&#8243;][vc_widget_sidebar sidebar_id=&#8221;secondary&#8221;][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row full_width=&#8221;stretch_row&#8221;
