Quality Assurance Unit<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>_<\/span><\/div><\/div>[vc_column_text]Quality Assurance Unit <\/u><\/strong>is responsible for undertaking the following roles and responsibilities :<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. Promoting a culture of quality among university members.<\/li>\n
  2. Providing technical support to academic departments in areas of continuous development, improvement, and the creation of academic programs to achieve targeted learning outcomes.<\/li>\n
  3. Monitoring the preparation of program and course specifications across faculties.<\/li>\n
  4. Developing guidelines for implementing quality assurance practices within the university.<\/li>\n
  5. Monitoring the activities of quality committees in faculties and evaluating their effectiveness in implementing quality assurance mechanisms through the analysis of their periodic reports.<\/li>\n
  6. Proposing professional development programs for faculty and teaching assistants in areas such as curriculum development, teaching methods, examinations, and scientific research.<\/li>\n
  7. Studying the educational environment and developing plans to enhance it in ways that motivate students and foster their skills and capabilities.<\/li>\n
  8. Establishing a pool of experts in quality assurance.<\/li>\n
  9. Monitoring and supporting quality assurance units\/committees in university faculties.<\/li>\n
  10. Ensuring the application of quality standards in scientific laboratories and verifying their compliance with standard specifications.<\/li>\n
  11. Preparing quarterly reports and submitting them to the Center Director.<\/li>\n
  12. Developing the annual plan, monitoring its implementation, and submitting annual reports to the Center Director.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
