One of these objectives is qualifying high level teachers to work in the education fields. Moreover, the faculty seeks to be as an educational research center to contribute in finding appropriate solutions for the various educational problems in the Republic of Yemen by following the scientific research methods.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1\/3″ css=”.vc_custom_1635529549489{padding-left: 0px !important;}”] The faculty provides a motivating educational environment focus on active and effective learning so that all students can explore new educational concepts as well as develop their teaching and leading skills to the competency level. <\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>[\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_column_text]In addition, the faculty seeks in cooperation with the Education Ministry represented by the education office in Mukalla to raise the scientific and educational level of the current teachers in the various education grades, schools’ principals and the directors of the educational administrations by organizing and holding training courses for each of the mentioned levels. As well as, implementing the programs aims to develop and enhance teaching methods in the public education grades and spread the educational awareness among citizens through lectures and seminars by using available educational and media means.<\/p>\n
