The Student Affairs Office informs all students expected to graduate in the academic year 2024\u20132025 that graduation procedures will commence on Tuesday, February 25, 2025.<\/p>\n

Students are required to complete the graduation form available at the following link: http:\/\/hu.edu.ye\/sts<\/a>, and upload the necessary documents listed below:<\/p>\n

  1. A personal photo wearing an academic gown.
    \n2. A copy of the high school certificate.
    \n3. A valid proof of identity (national ID card or passport).
    \n4. A copy of the graduation fee receipt.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Students are kindly reminded that the deadline for completing all procedures is June 30, 2025. After this date, the system will be closed and no further submissions will be accepted.<\/p>\n
