Sustainability refers to a comprehensive developmental approach aimed at achieving a balance between environmental protection, economic growth, and social equity ensuring that the needs of the present are met without compromising the rights of future generations. Sustainability is no longer a theoretical concept or a moral slogan; it has become a practical framework for policy-making and decision\u2011taking in modern institutions, foremost among them universities. In the academic context, sustainability is considered an institutional responsibility that encompasses education, scientific research, university administration, and community service. Based on this role, Hadhramout University seeks to adopt sustainability principles as a fundamental pillar of its academic and developmental journey through preparing cadres who are aware of sustainable development issues and producing scientific knowledge that contributes to addressing environmental, social, and economic challenges, especially within the context of Hadhramout and Yemen in general.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>
