The final qualification of the Student Creativity Awards was concluded at Ali Bakathir Hall in Hadhramout University Presidency in the fields of radio broadcasting, singing, Holy Quran and the Prophet\u2019s hadith. It occurred as part of the university\u2019s celebrations of the thirtieth anniversary of its founding. About 140 male and female students from various faculties participated in these competition, twenty-five of them qualified for the finals.<\/p>\n

During the ceremony, Prof. Abdullah Saleh Babair; Vice President for the Academic Affairs, confirmed that these competitions of Student Creativity Awards are held for the seventh time which coincides the celebrations of Hadhramout University for the thirtieth anniversary of its founding, and the University Student Week. He indicated that the university pays great attention to the Student activities which are part of the educational and academic process. He pointed out that the university will witness many different activities and events that will continue until November 2023, stressing that the students who won the first three places in these competitions will be announced at the Closing Ceremony of the University Student Week next May, wishing them success.<\/p>\n

The finalists were attended by Prof. Salem Mubarak Al-Obthani; Vice President for Student Affairs, Prof. Salem Muhammad bin Salman; Assistant Vice President for Student Affairs, and Dr. Salem Aboud Ghanem; Chairperson of the Student Creativity Awards committee at the University. In addition to Mr. Abdullah Alawi Aideed; General Secretary of the University, Mr. Omar Hasan bin Hula; Assistant General Secretary for Administrative Affairs, a number of faculty’s deans, their deputies and group of the university students.<\/p>\n
