The Universities Volleyball Championship was launched in Al-Faqid Baradm Stadium in Mukalla during the activities’ of the 12th<\/sup> \u00a0student week and the university’s 30th anniversary. Under the patronage of Prof. Muhammad Saeed Khanbash; Hadhramout University President and in the presence of Prof. Salem Mubarak Al-Obathany; Vice President of the Student Affairs and Mr. Hasan Saleh Masjidi; General Director of the Ministry of Youth and Sports in Hadhramout coast.<\/p>\n

The universities that participated in this tournament are Hadhramout, Al-Awael, Al-Rayyan, and Al-Ahqaf. The first match was between the team of Al-Rayyan University and Al- Awael University teams. Al-Rayyan team won the match against Al-Awael team. The result is as follows:<\/p>\n

The first run (14-25), The second run (18-25), and the third run (7-25), so Al-Rayyan team qualified for the finals.<\/p>\n

In addition to Mr. Naif Bawazir; Head of the Sports Committee, Mr. Anwer Jaber; Head of the General Union of Volleyball, Mr. Lutfi Al-Hadad; General Secretary of the General Union of the Football at Hadhramout Coast and the universities’ representatives.<\/p>\n
