Hadhramout University and Al-Mahra University Signed a memorandum of understanding for cultural and scientific cooperation at Hadhramout University by Prof. Mohamed Saeed Khanbash, the President of Hadhramout University, and Dr. Anwer Mohammed Ali Kalshat, the President of Al-Mahra University.<\/p>\n

This agreement aimed to strengthen cooperation and enhanced relationships between Yemeni universities, as well as to develop higher education institutions and create fruitful partnerships in scientific, academic, research, cultural, training, and development fields.<\/p>\n

The MOU includes enhancing cooperation in areas of mutual interest following Yemeni laws and regulations. It also involves conducting joint research projects between the staff members of both universities, coordinating programs, exchanging academic and research experiences, and sharing information, resources, references, journals, and scientific books. The universities will collaborate in organizing scientific and cultural symposiums, workshops and exchange academic, research, and cultural visits between the leadership, staff members, and administrators of both universities, according to agreed-upon schedules. In addition, the cooperation extends to the course syllabus description and the development of scientific content in both universities.<\/p>\n

The signing ceremony was attended by Dr. Abdullah Saleh Babair, Vice President of the University for Academic Affairs, Prof. Hadi Salem Al-Sabban, Vice President of the University for Postgraduate Studies and Scientific Research, Mr. Abdullah Alawi Eidid, Secretary-General of the University, Mr. Mohammed Belkhair, Assistant Secretary-General for Financial Affairs at Hadhramout University. From Al-Mahra University, Mr. Mohammed Saeed Bayaqoub, Secretary-General of the University, and Mr. Salem Saeed Kalshat, General Director of the President’s office, were also present during the signing ceremony.<\/p>\n
