Hadhramout University, in cooperation with FranklinCovey Education Foundation- Middle East and Bina Business Incubator Foundation for Entrepreneurship, organized a workshop entitled ” Leadership is a Choice ” on Thursday morning, May 30, at the University Student Training Center. The workshop was led by the Bahraini trainer and Senior Consultant at FranklinCovey Education – Middle East, Ms. Huda Al-Khawajah.<\/p>\n

At the inauguration of the workshop, the Vice President of Hadhramout University for Student Affairs, Prof. Salem Al-Obathani, welcomed the attendees and the launch of the first activities of the partnership between the university and the Bina Incubator Foundation for Entrepreneurship. He praised FranklinCovey’s interest in education the efforts of the Bahraini consultant and her willingness to travel to implement training programs.<\/p>\n

In the workshop, which was attended by 24 deans of colleges, directors of departments and centers, and the university presidency, Dr. Rabie Al-Obathani, President of Bina Business Incubator for Entrepreneurship, gave an introductory overview of the foundation and its goals, emphasizing the continuation of the partnership to implement many programs.<\/p>\n

The participants discussed the collaborative teamwork system and the first steps that the university can work on with the Bina Foundation and summarized a short-term plan after determining the priorities and the importance of training life skills for university students and graduates.<\/p>\n
