In the Tatarstan capital, Kazan, in the Russian Federation, and on the sidelines of the 16th International Economic Forum “Russia and the Islamic World,” a significant cooperation agreement was signed between Hadhramout University and the International Association for Regional Development.<\/p>\n

This agreement, signed on behalf of Hadhramout University by its President, Prof. Mohamed Saeed Khanbash, and on behalf of the International Association for Regional Development by its President, Mr. Maratovich Maizenov, aims to achieve a set of shared objectives. These include strengthening multifaceted ties in the development of relations between the two institutions, particularly in the use of new technologies and innovative activities of mutual interest. The agreement also emphasizes adherence to the laws and regulations of each party\u2019s country and the creation of a conducive environment for the exchange of technologies, ideas, and information that serve common interests. Additionally, it includes conducting joint research in priority areas and programs agreed upon by both parties.<\/p>\n

\nThe signing ceremony was attended by several officials from the International Association for Regional Development, along with a group of specialists and stakeholders in relevant fields.
\nThis agreement is part of the activities of \u201cHadhramout Week in the Russian Federation,\u201d currently organized by Hadhramout University in Russia under the leadership of its President, Prof. Mohamed Saeed Khanbash. The event aims to enhance cultural and academic exchange with educational and research institutions in the Russian Federation and to expand Hadhramout University\u2019s international cooperation and presence in global forums.<\/p>\n
