Under the patronage and in the presence of His Excellency Dr. Khaled Ahmed Al-Wosabi, Minister of Higher Education, Scientific Research, Technical Education, and Vocational Training, the temporary capital Aden today witnessed the signing ceremony of the National Academic Accreditation Agreement<\/strong> between Hadhramout University<\/strong> and the Council for Academic Accreditation and Quality Assurance of Higher Education (CAQAHE)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The agreement covers the Bachelor of Medicine program<\/strong>, marking a significant step towards enhancing the quality of medical education at Hadhramout University.The signing ceremony was attended by several presidents of public and private universities, notably Prof. Dr. Mohamed Saeed Khanbash<\/strong>, President of Hadhramout University, and Dr. Saleh Bahoul<\/strong>, Dean of Medicine and Health Sciences Faculty.<\/p>\n

The agreement was signed on behalf of Hadhramout University by Prof. Dr. Mohamed Saeed Khanbash<\/strong>, and on behalf of the Council by Prof. Dr. Sawsan Mohammed Abdullah Bakhbira<\/strong>, Chairperson of CAQAHE.The agreement aims to ensure and enhance the quality of higher education outcomes at Hadhramout University and to prepare its academic programs to obtain national academic accreditation<\/strong>, in alignment with the Council\u2019s approved standards.According to the agreement, Hadhramout University will submit a comprehensive program file that meets all required indicators and will work to align the program with the accreditation standards, guidelines, and models issued by the Council.The agreement also specifies the financial requirements associated with the accreditation procedures for the program.The implementation process includes systematic stages to ensure quality, such as reviewing internal and external self-studies, preparing the program\u2019s self-evaluation report, forming review and assessment committees by the Council, and conducting a field visit to the program with the participation of external experts, in preparation for issuing the accreditation decision.<\/p>\n
