During the Fifth Forum of the Association of Arab and Russian University Presidents held in Cairo, Prof. Dr. Mohamed Saeed Khanbash, Hadhramout University President, signed five cooperation agreements and memoranda of understanding with prominent Russian universities. This step aims to strengthen academic and research partnerships and open new horizons for student and faculty exchange.<\/p>\n

The signed agreements establish a framework for joint collaboration in higher education and scientific research, focusing on knowledge exchange and building bridges between both sides. The agreements were concluded with:<\/p>\n

  3. Sevastopol State University<\/li>\n

    \"\"The forum sessions discussed ways to build and strengthen relations between Arab and Russian universities, mechanisms for cooperation in higher education, and the future of this collaboration within the global scientific space, with the participation of a distinguished group of university presidents and academics from both sides.<\/p>\n

    The program also included panel discussions and lectures focusing on fostering international and Arab university relations, mechanisms of Arab-Russian cooperation in higher education, and the prospects of these partnerships in the scientific arena.<\/p>\n
