Under the patronage of the President of Hadhramout University, Prof. Dr. Mohamed Saeed Khanbash<\/strong>, the Hadhramout Health Organization, in partnership with the Nursing Faculty<\/strong>, organized today a strategic workshop entitled \u201cIdentifying the Developmental Needs of the Nursing Faculty.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

The workshop aimed to engage all relevant stakeholders in developing a clear roadmap to enhance the faculties’ educational and professional outcomes, thereby ensuring the preparation of highly qualified nursing professionals capable of meeting the needs of the healthcare sector.<\/p>\n

In his opening address at the workshop\u2014held at the Academic Development and Quality Assurance Center Hall<\/strong> at the University Presidency\u2014Prof. Dr. Khanbash affirmed the strength and depth of the university\u2019s partnership with the Hadhramout Health Organization, noting that the workshop represents the first tangible outcome<\/strong> of the cooperation agreement signed between the two parties the previous day.<\/p>\n

Prof. Dr. Khanbash reviewed the developmental journey of the Nursing faculty since its establishment in 2005<\/strong>, highlighting the qualitative progress it has achieved over the years. He stated:<\/p>\n

\u201cThe faculty is moving forward with confidence. Following the development of its academic programs with the support of the Al-Awn Foundation for Development and the expansion of its postgraduate offerings, we stand today\u2014after fifteen graduating cohorts\u2014at a new developmental milestone aimed at reassessing our needs and ensuring the sustainability and excellence of our educational outcomes.\u201d<\/p>\n

He concluded by expressing his appreciation to the Hadhramout Health Organization and all stakeholders supporting this developmental direction, emphasizing the importance of joint efforts to bring about a qualitative transformation in the nursing sector across the governorate.<\/p>\n

The workshop was attended by Prof. Dr. Abdullah Eidha Bashhwan<\/strong>, Director of the Academic Development and Quality Assurance Center; Dr. Abdullah Saeed Al-Hinshi<\/strong>, Dean of the College of Nursing; Mr. Waleed Awadh Bakhreesa<\/strong>, Executive Director of the Hadhramout Health Organization; along with a number of healthcare professionals and interested participants.<\/p>\n
