{"id":7140,"date":"2026-08-06T09:55:54","date_gmt":"2026-08-06T06:55:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/hu.edu.ye\/en\/?p=7140"},"modified":"2026-08-09T09:59:16","modified_gmt":"2026-08-09T06:59:16","slug":"hadhramout-energy-affairs-undersecretary-visits-the-universitys-center-for-renewable-energy-studies-and-research-to-explore-cooperation-and-strengthen-research","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hu.edu.ye\/en\/details\/7140\/","title":{"rendered":"Hadhramout Energy Affairs Undersecretary Visits the University\u2019s Center for Renewable Energy Studies and Research to Explore Cooperation and Strengthen Research"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"isselectedend\"><strong>Al-Mukalla \/ University Media \/ Exclusive<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"isselectedend\">Dr. Khaled Mahfouz Bahreesh, Undersecretary of Hadhramout Governorate for Energy Affairs, visited the <strong>Center for Renewable Energy Studies and Research at Hadhramout University<\/strong> yesterday to learn about the Center\u2019s activities, its key scientific and research achievements, and the academic and consultancy services it provides in the field of sustainable energy.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isselectedend\">He was received by <strong>Prof. Abdullah Ahmed Baradi<\/strong>, Director of the Center, an expert in renewable energy and Dean of the Faculty of Engineering and Petroleum at Hadhramout University.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isselectedend\">During the visit, Dr. Bahreesh toured the Center\u2019s departments and laboratories and was briefed on its modern equipment and facilities, the mechanisms for making them available to researchers and specialists, and the Center\u2019s role in providing technical and specialized consultations to government institutions, private-sector organizations, and the local community.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isselectedend\">Dr. Bahreesh praised the Center\u2019s scientific capabilities and specialized expertise, emphasizing the Local Authority\u2019s commitment to supporting distinguished research institutions and benefiting from their scientific outputs to address energy-related challenges across the governorate.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isselectedend\">For his part, Prof. Baradi welcomed the visit and expressed his appreciation for the Local Authority\u2019s interest in the Center and its scientific activities.
