{"id":7314,"date":"2026-09-09T09:32:00","date_gmt":"2026-09-09T06:32:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/hu.edu.ye\/en\/?p=7314"},"modified":"2026-09-10T09:40:57","modified_gmt":"2026-09-10T06:40:57","slug":"hadhramout-university-signs-agreement-with-al-amal-foundation-to-expand-distance-higher-education-in-ash-shihr","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hu.edu.ye\/en\/details\/7314\/","title":{"rendered":"Hadhramout University Signs Agreement with Al\u2011Amal Foundation to Expand Distance Higher Education in Ash Shihr"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The <strong>Faculty of Open Education at Hadhramout University<\/strong> signed today a partnership agreement with the <strong>Al\u2011Amal Cultural and Social Women\u2019s Foundation<\/strong>, aimed at implementing a <strong>distance education program<\/strong> for students of the Faculty of Open Education in <strong>Ash Shihr District<\/strong>, as part of efforts to expand access to university services and promote community development within the governorate.<\/p>\n<p>The signing ceremony, held under the patronage of the University President, <strong>Prof. Dr. Mohamed Khanbash<\/strong>, was attended by the Vice President for Student Affairs, <strong>Prof. Dr. Salem Al\u2011Obathani<\/strong>. The agreement was signed by <strong>Prof. Dr. Atef Al\u2011Tamimi<\/strong>, Dean of the Faculty of Open Education, and <strong>Dr. Abha Abdullah Baawaidhan<\/strong>, President of the Al\u2011Amal Foundation.<\/p>\n<p>The agreement seeks to contribute to sustainable community development and support the residents of the district in the field of education by providing academic and student services to students of the Faculty of Open Education.
