Hadhramout University President Prof. Dr. Mohamed Khanbash directed that electricity be promptly provided to the University\u2019s Faculties during lecture hours, amid the high temperatures currently being experienced in Mukalla.<\/p>\n
The meeting was attended by Hadhramout Governorate Undersecretary for Technical Affairs, Engineer Zaher Bin Khawar Al-Kathiri.<\/p>\n
Speaking during a meeting held today with the deans of the Faculties and directors of scientific centers at the University headquarters, Prof. Dr. Khanbash said that compromising students\u2019 basic needs is a \u201cred line,\u201d calling for prompt action to address power outages in classrooms.<\/p>\n
He added that the University administration has maintained continuous communication with the local authority leadership, which has expressed cooperation to ensure the continuity of electricity during most study hours. However, circumstances beyond everyone\u2019s control occasionally cause power outages, inconveniencing students and affecting the progress of lectures.<\/p>\n
Prof. Dr. Khanbash called on students and staff to understand the circumstances and challenges facing the University and to stand by it during the current period.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
