Hadhramout University<\/strong> has officially congratulated Prof. Abdullah Salem Bin Ghouth<\/strong> on his appointment as Chair of the Eastern Mediterranean Regional Office (EMRO) Network<\/strong>, affiliated with the International Association of National Public Health Institutes (IANPHI)<\/strong>. This appointment reflects the growing regional and international recognition of Yemeni academic and medical expertise.<\/p>\n

According to an official letter issued by the Office of the University President, Prof. Mohammed Khanbash<\/strong>, the appointment represents a significant addition to the international network, which brings together national public health institutes from Africa, Asia, Europe, North and South America, and the Caribbean.<\/p>\n

Through this leadership position, the Association seeks to facilitate technical support, strengthen institutional capacity, and align the national health priorities of member states in addressing shared public health challenges, while also enhancing collaboration with international organizations.<\/p>\n

Prof. Bin Ghouth also serves as Chair of the Department of Community Medicine<\/strong> at the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, Hadhramout University<\/strong>, combining his academic and research responsibilities with his new regional leadership role.<\/p>\n
