Student Council held on Sunday September 29, 2019 the annual welcome ceremony Under the patronage of Engineering & Petroleum Faculty Deanship at HU, for the first level students of the academic year 2019 \u2013 2020 as well as honored top students of the last academic year.<\/p>\n
Dr. Amer Bader Bin Murdah; Dean of the faculty, congratulated the students for the new academic year, calling on them to do all their best for a successful academic year. He also congratulated the top students for achieving the first ranks in the activities of the 8th<\/sup> University Student Week (2018 \u2013 20219), wishing all the best for them in scientific, cultural and sport fields.<\/p>\n Moreover, he praised the role of the Student Council in the faculty and the activities it holds, stressing the success of the joint work between the Deanship and the Student Council at all levels. He also expressed the Dean\u2019s support for all student activities to be implemented during the current academic year. In addition, the head of the student council , student Dhafer Al-Jabri, delivered the council\u2019s speech in which he welcomed the 1st<\/sup> level students, urging them to strive hard to reach the highest ranks in their scientific life.<\/p>\n At the end of the ceremony, the top students for the academic year 2018-2019 were honored, as well as honoring the first winner students in the activities of the eighth university student week for the academic year 2018-2019. The Deanship of the Faculty was also honored by the Student Council for their efforts, cooperation and support.<\/p>\n The ceremony included a presentation of a reportage on the activities carried out by the student council at the faculty during the last academic year 2018-2019, as well as the students’ impressions about the faculty and the General Student Union. The ceremony was attended by Dr. Fahd Saleh Jawhar; Deputy Dean for Student Affairs, Dr. Hisham Abdullah Bakrman; Deputy Dean for Quality Affairs and Community Service, heads of scientific departments and staff members.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
