The thesis was entitled <em><span style=\"font-family: 'Segoe UI',sans-serif;\">\u201cStudy of the Effect of Halal and Non\u2011Halal Slaughtering and Storage on the Quality and Safety of Chicken Meat.\u201d<\/span><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 15.0pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt; font-family: 'Segoe UI',sans-serif;\">The defense took place in the <span style=\"font-family: 'Segoe UI',sans-serif;\">Postgraduate Studies Hall at the Faculty<\/span>, where the researcher presented the main themes of his study and the valuable scientific findings he had achieved, contributing to the advancement of knowledge in the field of food quality and safety.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 15.0pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt; font-family: 'Segoe UI',sans-serif;\">The examination committee consisted of <span style=\"font-family: 'Segoe UI',sans-serif;\">Prof. Dr. Mohsen Omar Qunzal<\/span> as Chair and External Examiner from the University of Aden, <span style=\"font-family: 'Segoe UI',sans-serif;\">Assoc. Prof. Dr. Awsan Marouf Bahramz<\/span> as Internal Examiner from Hadhramout University, and <span style=\"font-family: 'Segoe UI',sans-serif;\">Asst. Prof. Dr. Wael Abdulrahman Al\u2011Sabban<\/span> as Academic Supervisor from Hadhramout University.
