{"id":259,"date":"2025-10-20T08:05:16","date_gmt":"2025-10-20T08:05:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/hu.edu.ye\/eswrc\/en\/?p=259"},"modified":"2025-11-04T08:10:30","modified_gmt":"2025-11-04T08:10:30","slug":"university-of-hadhramouts-center-for-environmental-studies-establishes-strategic-partnership-with-the-dutch-embassy-in-amman-to-support-water-management","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hu.edu.ye\/eswrc\/en\/details\/259\/","title":{"rendered":"University of Hadhramout\u2019s Center for Environmental Studies Establishes Strategic Partnership with the Dutch Embassy in Amman to Support Water Management"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Mukalla \u2013 October 20, 2025<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The <strong>Center for Environmental Studies and Water Resources<\/strong> at <strong>Hadhramout<\/strong> <strong>University <\/strong>held a virtual meeting today with the <strong>Dutch Embassy in Amman<\/strong>, represented by <strong>Ms. Wenny van der Wal<\/strong>, First Secretary, to discuss the launch of a strategic partnership in environmental and water-related fields.<\/p>\n<p>During the meeting\u2014which was attended by <strong>Prof. Khalid Bawahidi<\/strong>, Director of the Center, along with several academic staff members\u2014the two sides explored avenues of collaboration with Dutch universities to utilize advanced technologies such as <strong>remote sensing<\/strong> and <strong>geographic information systems (GIS)<\/strong>.
