The professional development of the University teaching staff is a prerequisite for improving performance in the academic education, developing research skills, and sharing various experiences in the fields of education, research and community service.Today’s community is no longer limited to industrial production, but it is also based on the production of knowledge through using modern, advanced and accelerated scientific techniques, which have become an important part of practicing the profession of education in general, and academic education in particular.From this point, Hadhramout University has endeavored to qualify the teaching staff in order to perform the educational process and to promote their teaching and research skills through the various projects, programs and activities that are conducted by the Academic Development and Quality Assurance Center, and that contribute to the professional development of the University teaching staff so as to achieve quality and academic accreditation that is sought by the University through its various programs and activities.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
