  4. Settlement of the teaching staff( scientific promotions ).<\/li>\n
  5. Following-up procedures to include the duty to the pension the staff& assistants members.<\/li>\n
  6. Dues of the faculty from overtime .<\/li>\n
  7. Academic Council affairs.<\/li>\n
  8. External correspondences related to the staff and their assistants.<\/li>\n
  9. 9. Conducting daily management of internal correspondences related to the staff members.<\/li>\n
  10. Any tasks assigned to us by the University Administration.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
