Overview<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

Task:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. Supervising directly all the University laboratories according to the sequence shown in the organizational structure.<\/li>\n
  2. Monitoring all the administrative, financial and technical procedures in order to supply the requirements of the colleges laboratories such as equipment and materials.<\/li>\n
  3. Addressing companies which are interested in laboratories to obtain catalogs and data of modern equipment.<\/li>\n
  4. Qualifying and training the technical staff in all laboratories of the colleges in coordination with the University Presidency and the Deanships of the colleges.<\/li>\n
  5. Coordinating with the Deans of the colleges on the implementation of maintenance and repair of laboratory devices, and supplying spare parts if possible.<\/li>\n
  6. Supervising the laboratories central warehouse of the University.<\/li>\n
  7. Supervising the annual inventory of laboratories of the University colleges.<\/li>\n
  8. The General Adminstration is administered by vice-president For Academic Affairs.<\/li>\n
  9. Any other tasks assigned to General Administration within its specialty.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    The General Administration of Laboratories is divided into : <\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

    Administration of Laboratories <\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

    The Administration of Laboratories is concerned with the administrative aspect of the general administration and technician affairs in the various University colleges in terms of following up their dues and rights in University Presidency as well as any other administrative matters.<\/div>\n

    Administration of Supplies <\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

    The Administration of Supplies monitors, receives, studies the requirements and requests of the University colleges, and confirms the technical specifications of the requests to be imported, and prepares schedules in quantities, specifications and estimated costs for them.<\/div>\n
