As part of the educational and developmental activities organized by the Hadhramout University Family Medicine Center, an awareness lecture was held on Wednesday, October 15, 2025, for all center staff, titled:
\n\u201cTotal Quality Management (TQM)\u201d<\/strong>, delivered by Dr. Ahmed Al-Saeed, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Dentistry at Al-Arab University, who holds a Diploma in Hospital Quality and a Diploma in Infection Control from the University of Oxford, England.<\/p>\n

It also included a review of practical applications that can be adopted within health centers to improve work quality and achieve beneficiary satisfaction.<\/p>\n
