color: #0a214c;\"><strong>Financial Administration<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><span class=\"cz_line_side_solo cz_line_side_after\">_<\/span><\/div><\/div>[vc_column_text]<strong>Overview of the General Administration of Postgraduate Studies<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Department of Scholarships is the administrative level responsible for managing and organizing the affairs of delegates for postgraduate studies inside and outside the Republic.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; margin-right: 15px; margin-bottom: 4px;\"><strong><u>Tasks:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Implementing of decisions related to postgraduate studies inside and outside the country in accordance with the rules and regulations.<\/li>\n<li>Supervising the management and organizing the dispatch of the assistant staff members inside and outside the country to complete their higher studies.<\/li>\n<li>Organizing and coordinating the scholarships available at the university or that are required to be provided by other countries according to the needs of the university, in coordination with the scientific departments, faculties and other relevant bodies inside and outside the university.<\/li>\n<li>Supervising the scheduling of delegation for postgraduate studies abroad according to the priority of qualification.<\/li>\n<li>Participation in the preparation of the budget in the aspect related to administration.<\/li>\n<li>Organizing the process of documenting data and verifying its authenticity through the files of the delegated and following up on the progress of their studies from their enrollment until their graduation through the reports submitted by them or from their faculties attached to the documents confirming that.<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring the commitment of the delegated to his specialization and following up on taking the necessary procedures in case he violates that.<\/li>\n<li>Supervising of the complete and accurate statistics for delegates, scholars and graduates.<\/li>\n<li>Submitting the annual report of the administration activity.<\/li>\n<li>Following-up with the faculties in submitting the names and data of candidates from the scientific departments, including all required documents.<\/li>\n<li>Notify the faculties and departments of the official approvals to accept their candidates.<\/li>\n<li>Supervising the completion of administrative and financial procedures for delegates inside and outside the country with the competent authorities at the university.<\/li>\n<li>Following-up with providing the management needs related to the nature of work.<\/li>\n<li>Any other tasks and competencies assigned to it by the General Director.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/3&#8243;][vc_widget_sidebar sidebar_id=&#8221;secondary&#8221;][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row full_width=&#8221;stretch_row&#8221;
