\n3. Enter the following:
\n– 60890X for the Conference ID
\n– Your email address
\n– A password
\n4. Complete the account setup process<\/p>\n
\n– The camera-ready paper MUST be uploaded only through EDAS.
\n– Authors need to convert and check their final manuscript before uploading to EDAS at the PDF eXpress website.
\n– Please remove the footer with copyright information “XXX-X-XXXX-XXXX-X\/XX\/$XX.00 \u00a9\ufe0f20XX IEEE” from the IEEE Paper Template before converting to PDF.<\/p>\n
\n– If the registered author cannot attend, state who among the authors will present the paper.
\n– Update a short biography of the presenter in their EDAS profile.<\/p>\n
\n– IEEE has a strict “NO-SHOW” policy – one of the authors or their representatives MUST present the paper.
\n– Papers with >25% similarity index will be rejected.<\/p>\n
\n– Cancellations within 30 days (2nd June 2024) are subject to 50% charge.
\n– Registrations can be transferred to another person without cost penalty.
