\nDue to the importance of information &communication technology, ITC provides and develops IT services and applications for students, administrative\u00a0 and staff member of the university, as well as for the community. The center will work on computerizing business and administrative procedures in faculties, deanships and University facilities, preparing training programs on the use of computers and information technology, and providing them with the necessary technical support and programs. It also provides and develops all the necessary information and computer technology infrastructure in the university for the public interest and the university community.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1\/3″ css=”.vc_custom_1625849145596{padding-top: 30px !important;padding-left: 0px !important;}”]

  1. Develop and implement policies for the use of ICT resources and services at HU.<\/li>\n
  2. Develop and apply best practices for the use of ICT resources and services at HU.<\/li>\n
  3. Develop and apply best standards for the use of ICT resources and services at HU.<\/li>\n
  4. Provide high quality and efficient applications and infrastructure.<\/li>\n
  5. Improve the quality of teaching, learning and research by providing a leading information and communication technology environment.<\/li>\n
  6. The development of information systems and the computing of administrative services and educational courses in order to improve performance and productivity and improve the decision-making process at work.<\/li>\n
  7. Provision of computer counseling and services to public and private community institutions and university-contracted courses to organize and supervise their implementation.<\/li>\n
  8. Providing means of communication and cooperation within the University and outside it.<\/li>\n
  9. Providing training opportunities in computer applications and developed software for individuals that develop the skills of the governing and academic bodies in the use of developed programs.<\/li>\n
  10. Building an effective technical support system for all IT services.<\/li>\n
  11. Providing Technical counseling, development and training in information technology for the University and society.<\/li>\n
  12. Developing and periodically updating HU websites and establishing sites for scientific conferences representing various scientific and cultural events using the latest methods of programming.<\/li>\n
  13. Supervision and follow-up of all IT projects contracted by HU for implementation<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
