Overview <\/span><\/h2>\n

Since the Islamic Studies department was established with the establishment of the faculty, the classes began from the first year with a number of more than sixty students. The establishment of the Islamic Studies Department was a great benefit to the people of the governorate in particular and to those who come to it, through the scientific mission carried out by the department. It aims to spread the teachings of Islam, tolerance, moderation and the rejection of abhorrent extremism as well as clarify the comprehensive juridical rules that are valid for every time, place and for every individual. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Objectives<\/h3>

  1. Graduating scientifically and cognitively qualified cadres in Islamic Sharia and its various provisions and fields.<\/li>\n
  2. Helping the community to learn about the provisions of the tolerant Islamic Sharia, which is based on moderation, tolerance and harmony.<\/li>\n
  3. Introducing the Islamic ideology and repelling the Muslim’s suspicions.<\/li>\n
  4. Enabling the girls in Socotra to continue their university studies in the field of Islamic Sharia.<\/li>\n
  5. Qualifying teachers scientifically to contribute to the development of the learning process in primary, elementary and secondary schools.<\/li>\n
  6.
