Call for External Evaluator
Erasmus+ CBHE Project – MOVE
Hadhramout University shares the call for an External Evaluator within the framework of the project:
MOVE – Enhancing University Graduates’ Employability through Skills Development and Industry Collaboration in Kurdistan Region of Iraq and Yemen
The project is funded by the Erasmus+ Capacity Building in Higher Education (CBHE) programme and coordinated by UNIMED – Mediterranean Universities Union.
Purpose of the External Evaluation
The external evaluation aims to:
- Ensure quality implementation of the project.
- Assess the effectiveness of project management and monitoring.
- Evaluate the achievement of project objectives and deliverables.
- Assess the impact of the project on partner universities.
- Provide recommendations for improving project implementation.
Main Responsibilities
The External Evaluator will:
- Review project documentation and work plans.
- Monitor the implementation of the Work Packages.
- Evaluate project deliverables and activities.
- Prepare interim evaluation reports.
- Prepare the final evaluation report.
- Provide recommendations for quality improvement.
Contract Value
The total budget allocated for the External Evaluation is: €8,000 (lump sum for the whole assignment).
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should have:
- Experience in evaluation of international or higher education projects.
- Experience in quality assurance and institutional evaluation.
- Knowledge of Erasmus+ and Capacity Building in Higher Education projects.
- Ability to produce professional reports in English.
- The evaluator must be independent and not affiliated with any partner institution of the MOVE consortium.
