Final Submission:

A. Create your PDF eXpress Account
1. Log in to the IEEE PDF eXpress site: Click here

2. For New User – Click Create Account
3. Enter the following:
– 60890X for the Conference ID
– Your email address
– A password
4. Complete the account setup process

B. Upload the camera-ready paper
– The camera-ready paper MUST be uploaded only through EDAS.
– Authors need to convert and check their final manuscript before uploading to EDAS at the PDF eXpress website.
– Please remove the footer with copyright information “XXX-X-XXXX-XXXX-X/XX/$XX.00 ©️20XX IEEE” from the IEEE Paper Template before converting to PDF.

C. Complete the IEEE Electronic Copyright Transfer Form (eCF) in EDAS

D. Update the presenter information (in EDAS profile of the presenter)
– If the registered author cannot attend, state who among the authors will present the paper.
– Update a short biography of the presenter in their EDAS profile.

IMPORTANT:
– IEEE has a strict “NO-SHOW” policy – one of the authors or their representatives MUST present the paper.
– Papers with >25% similarity index will be rejected.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
– Cancellations within 30 days (2nd June 2024) are subject to 50% charge.
– Registrations can be transferred to another person without cost penalty.
– No refunds after 15th June 2024.
