As part of the educational and developmental activities organized by the Hadhramout University Family Medicine Center, an awareness lecture was held on Wednesday, October 15, 2025, for all center staff, titled:
“Total Quality Management (TQM)”, delivered by Dr. Ahmed Al-Saeed, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Dentistry at Al-Arab University, who holds a Diploma in Hospital Quality and a Diploma in Infection Control from the University of Oxford, England.
The lecture addressed the fundamental concepts of Total Quality Management and its importance in enhancing institutional performance and improving the efficiency of healthcare services. It also included a review of practical applications that can be adopted within health centers to improve work quality and achieve beneficiary satisfaction.
The lecture was marked by strong engagement from attendees, who expressed their enthusiasm and interest in the modern concepts presented, affirming their commitment to applying what they learned in their daily work environment.
