Mukalla Radio Station Sheds Light on the Fourth Scientific Conference Themes Held by Hadhramout University

Mukalla Radio Station hosted Dr. Hadi Salem Al-Sabban, Vice President of Hadhramout University for Postgraduate Studies and Scientific Research, Vice President of the Preparatory Committee for the Fourth Scientific Conference, The Role of Human Sciences in Achieving Sustainable Development which will be held by the university  at the end of this month over two days  from 24 to 25 July 2019 in its morning program “Good Morning, Hadhramout” live on the air, presented by the media colleague / Mohammed bin Sheikh Abu Bakr. The conference involved the participation of a group of researchers and academics at Hadhramout University and other Yemeni universities. They reviewed the main themes that will be discussed in this conference, including the axis of modern trends in the humanities and achieving sustainable development. In addition, the axis of human sciences, the achievement of a knowledge society included four areas, the axis of the university’s role in developing society and facing its challenges and the social role of the university that includes a number of fields and scientific research. They pointed out that this fourth scientific conference aims to show the role of human sciences in developing the local community in pursuit of a knowledge society and highlighted the research contributions of the university’s scientific centers and their cadres in a way that contributes to achieving sustainable development and motivating staff members and their assistants as well as graduate students in carrying out scientific research that contributes to achieving the university’s goal of community service.

Hadhramout University Vice President for Postgraduate Studies and Scientific Research, Dr. Hadi Salem Al-Sabban, explained that the university is also preparing to hold the first international conference for computing and smart engineering to listeners live, which is the fifth scientific conference of the Hadhramout University. It will be held at the end of this year from 15 to 16 December 2019 under the generous patronage of His Excellency the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research and a number of researchers from foreign universities.
