Postgraduate Studies and Scientific Research activities were established at HU on the internal regulations for postgraduate programs and the workshop for developing a guideline for writing theses in the presence of a number of colleges deans and their deputies, staff members and their assistants, and postgraduate students from nine colleges for two consecutive days (18-19 March). It was a station for dialogue and discussion on strategic visions for the upcoming future.
At the beginning of the workshop, Prof. Mohammed Saeed Khanbash; HU president praised upon the qualitative attendance and the main objective of the workshop, which were in the final drafting of the regulation and the guide of writing the theses, as they are two important documents in postgraduate studies at the university. Moreover, he confirmed that the university should hold such these activities to enrich the discussion and come up with visions that are in harmony with the university’s objectives in progress and quality.
These workshops usually put strong bases and future vision to develop the postgraduate studies and scientific research within the HU strategies. Accordingly this develop the creativity. In addition, the university is preparing to examine the first two doctoral dissertation within the new PhD program in it.
