About the General Administration of Admission and Registration for Postgraduate Studies

 Overview

The General Administration of Admission and Registration is one of the most important administrations of postgraduate studies, as it directly supervises. It also follows up all departments and process of admission and registration of postgraduate studies in all faculties. It is primarily responsible for the extent of implementing  the regulations and systems of postgraduate studies.

Tasks:

  • Implementation of the resolutions of the postgraduate Studies and University council for postgraduate students: Master’s, PhD., students’ graduation, examination committees, the decision of the research proposal and appointment of the supervisor, decisions of dismissal and extension.
  • Preparation of the graduation certificate and the final grades record
  • preparation and supervision of admission and registration processes
