The establishment of the University Advisory Center at HU is considered as a great achievement to the university and the governorate and reflects the university’s understanding of its role in the development of the local and national community. The center will contribute in finding scientific solutions and providing consultations, studies and experiences to various public and private parties.

The center was provided with great and wide experience from the accumulated experiences of the staff members in the various faculties of the university, as well as the technical staff of the center, which has undertaken the preparation of studies, designs and supervision of the various projects of the university since its establishment. The developments that the governorate will witness in the coming period will make it imperative for the center to keep abreast with this development and establish many partnerships with various parties.

The center has the support of the university administration, and the efforts of the staff members which will enable it to gain the confidence of the local and national community.

Mission

We seek to provide a high level of studies and consultations, raise the level of profession practice locally and nationally, and develop community partnerships.

Objectives

  1. To set scientific and technical experience of the University in the service of development.
  2. To provide necessary studies and consultations to serve the University, public, mixed and private sectors, and individuals.
  3. To develop the capabilities of the teaching staff members and technicians in technical and applied fields.
  4. To utilize the scientific, theoretical and practical capabilities of the teaching staff to serve development plans.
  5. To exchange experience with similar offices and related bodies inside and outside the country.
  6. To build community partnerships for local and national development.
