The Training Unit is responsible for undertaking the following roles and responsibilities :

1. Designing and implementing continuous training and professional development programs for faculty members, technicians, and administrative staff in alignment with their respective specializations.
2. Assessing training needs across various departments and units within the faculty.
3. Evaluating the impact and effectiveness of training programs to ensure continuous improvement.
4. Preparing periodic reports on the activities of the Training Unit and submitting them to the faculty Quality Council.
5. Undertaking additional tasks assigned by the committee related to quality assurance and training within the faculty .
