The Viva-Voce Examination on the doctoral dissertation was held at the Higher Studies Hall of the Education College in Mukalla, Hadhramout University by the researcher Fatima Abdullah Bahdela entitled (The effect of a training program for elementary education teachers in developing the ability to discover people with learning difficulties and develop cognitive processes of students in Mukalla city).
The Examination committee consisted of professors:

Associate Professor Dr. Salem Ahmed Bafatoom; Internal Examiner (Hadhramout University) Associate Professor Dr. Rahila Hussein Omair; External Examiner.
The Examination committee praised the topic of the dissertation because of its importance, and praised the researcher for her efforts in collecting and analyzing data. The examination committee approved awarding the researcher a doctorate degree in educational administration from the Education college, Mukalla, Hadhramout University.
The Examination was attended by: Prof. Hadi Salem Al-Sabban; Vice President for postgraduate Studies and Scientific Research, a number of deans of colleges, heads of scientific departments, staff members and researchers, in addition to a group of the researcher’s relatives.
