The Viva- Voce Examination on the master’s thesis was held at the Higher Studies hall of the Education College, Mukalla, Hadhramout University on Monday morning, 1/3/2021 by the researcher Mona Ahmed Mohammed Al-Amoudi entitled (The administrative empowerment level and its relationship to administrative performance among administrators in education offices in Hadhramout).

The thesis concluded with the most important results: The level of empowerment in all fields obtained a great degree of approval from all members of the study population, as the field of teamwork ranked first with an arithmetic average of (4.31) in a very large score, and the field of administrative training ranked last with an arithmetic average of (3.49) with a large score. That level of administrative performance of the leaders obtained approval to a very large score with an arithmetic average (4.40). The study also found a statistically significant relationship at the level of function (0.05) between the administrative empowerment level and the administrators performance level in education offices in Hadhramout. Consequently, the administrative empowerment level has an impact on the performance level of administrators in education offices in the Hadhramout.
The study also showed that there are no statistically significant differences at the level (α .05) in the level of administrative empowerment in education offices due to the variables (gender, experience, educational qualification, job title).
In light of the results, the study recommended restoring the system of incentives of all kinds, managing and granting them equitably; Because of its important impact in empowering the employees, and because of the results of the low level of incentives in education offices in the Hadhramout coast.
The degree of some incentives was very low among all the other administrative dimensions that were studied, and the adoption of the individual rewards related to good performance indicators, and work to promote empowerment in the Hadhramout education offices, especially by adopting the method of teamwork to get the work done. Empowerment in the education offices in the coast of Hadhramout, especially by adopting the method of teamwork in the form of a team to get the work done.
At the conclusion of the examination, the thesis was approved and accepted, with recommendations of the supervisor for amendments, and the researcher was awarded a master’s degree in education, educational administration specialization.
The examination was attended by Dr. Saeed Salmeen Belafair; the Dean of the Education College, Dr. Mohammed Abdul Razzaq Al Hindi; the Deputy Dean for Academic Affairs, Dr. Abdullah Mohammed bin Tha’lab; head of the Educational Sciences Department at the college, a number of staff members and their assistants, a number of graduates at the college, and the student’s relatives.
