Dr. Saeed Othman Al-Amoudi; Deputy Governor for Coastal and Plateau Affairs visited on Wednesday 12/12/2018 the faculty of Engineering and Petroleum – Hadhramout University to find out the needs and requirements of the faculty.
Amer Badr Bin Murdah; Dean of the faculty explained the progress of the educational process and the preparation for the first semester exams of the academic year 2018-2019.
From his part, the deputy governor praised the efforts made by the Deanship of the faculty in making the educational process successful in it and seeking to improve education outcomes in line with the developments and the needs of the labor market. He expressed his readiness to cooperate with them in serving students and the educational process to advance it for the better. He also asked the Dean to submit the projects’ proposals to be presented to the Governor and the Reconstruction Committee in the governorate.
At the end of the visit, the faculty Dean thanked the deputy governor for his visiting and the support of the governorate’s leadership for university education.
The visit was attended by Dr. Saeed Ali Bin Ajaj ; Deputy Dean for Academic Affairs , Dr. Salem Obaid Ba-Arma; the Head of Petroleum Engineering, Dr. Saeed Mohammed Banaimoon ; the Head of the Computer Engineering Department, , and Dr. Abdulraqib Al-Wahbi; the Assistant Professor at the Chemical Engineering Department.
