- Contracts of Yemeni staff members.
- Contracts of non-Yemeni staff members.
- Settlement of the teaching staff( scientific promotions ).
- Following-up procedures to include the duty to the pension the staff& assistants members.
- Dues of the faculty from overtime .
- Academic Council affairs.
- External correspondences related to the staff and their assistants.
- 9. Conducting daily management of internal correspondences related to the staff members.
- Any tasks assigned to us by the University Administration.
