On Monday morning at the University’s Family Medicine Center Prof. Mohammad Saeed Khanbesh launched the Nur Al – Ayoun Camp, held by the Al Basar International Foundation.
The camp is funded by the Kuwaiti Direct Aid Association and implemented by the Al Basar International Foundation, in coordination with the Ministry of Planning and International Cooperation, the Office of Public Health, the Population and the Local Authority of the governor, and lasts from 7 to 30 October.
HU President He said: We are pleased with the selection of the University Center for Screening and Testing of Patients along with other medical centers in the governor.
For his part, the Acting Director of the Hadhramaut Coast Health Office praised the efforts of the management of the Hadhramaut University Centre for Family Medicine and their significant role in forging partnerships with civil society organizations, foundations and associations, thanking them for organizing and hosting the camp.
The camp targets approximately 1000 patients within a day, along with several other centers to be tested in Broome, Ghayl Ba Wazirand Ad-Dees Ash-Sharqia.
It should be noted that the Centre hosted last year’s Ophthalmic Camp of Al Basar International Foundation.
