Postgraduate Studies and Scientific Research Deputyship at Hadhramout University held its first meeting with the committee chairpersons of scientific journals and financial support for international participation. It was headed by Prof. Hadi Salem Al-Sabban; Acting Vice President for Postgraduate Studies and Scientific Research and attended by Prof. Abdullah Saleh Babair; Vice President for Academic Affairs and Dr. Salem Farj Ba-Masoud; General Director of Scientific Research in addition to the committee chairpersons of the scientific journals at the university.
They discussed a number of issues and topics related to the scientific publishing, and journals and the process of developing and promoting them in the research field. In addition to the development of new journals in some faculties of the university.
Furthermore, they discussed the support for the international participation and it’s mechanism. They also discussed the standards and terms for the applicants to obtain the support which will be announced soon.
