Dr. Hadi Salem Al-Sabban met in his office with the delegation of Hadhramout Foundation for Invention and Scientific Progress headed by Eng. Fahd Abdullah Baeshen; Foundation chairman. During the meeting, they discussed ways of joint cooperation between the two sides within the framework of the joint memorandum of understanding that was signed between the university and the foundation. The meeting reviewed the activation of some ideas that serves the development of applied scientific research field and trains the researchers and postgraduate students in scientific specializations.
Eng. Fahd reviewed the programs and projects implemented by the Foundation in the invention and scientific research field, including the inventor program and university researcher for invention and scientific research courses. It targets university students, including Hadhramout University students. It is implemented by the Foundation with funding from Al-Awn Foundation for Development; indicating that the Foundation published 10 Scientific research for a number of researchers for the university’s inventor and scientific researcher program, in international refereed journals under the supervision of a number of staff members in various fields from Hadhramout University. He confirmed that the foundation has a partnership with the National Research Center in Cairo to assist and serve researchers in conducting practical experiments in some specializations that serve the community.
The meeting was attended by: Dr. Salem Faraj Bamsaoud; chairman of Hadhramout Center for Natural and Applied Sciences, and Mr. Ashraf Ahmed Bajbair; Director of Relations and Information at the Hadhramout Foundation for Invention and Scientific Progress.
