Signing an Agreement for Master’s Degree Scholarship Program Between Hadhramout University & Holy Quran and Islamic Sciences University

Under the chairmanship of Hadhramout university in Mukalla, an agreement was signed for postgraduate studies Scholarship program between Hadhramout University and Holy Quran and Islamic Sciences University, Hadhramout Valley Branch, funded by the Silah Foundation for Development, the third version. It was signed by Prof.  Mohammed Saeed Khanbash; HU President and Dr. Abdullah Ahmed bin Othman; Acting Deputy Dean of Holy Quran and Islamic Sciences University and Mr. Ali Hassan Bashmakh; Executive Director of the Silah Foundation for Development. This agreement comes in light of the university and the institution’s interest in postgraduate studies, as well as following up on the implementation of their mission towards higher education and scientific research in Hadhramout in particular and Yemen in general to enhance its competitiveness and enable it to absorb the largest possible number of young people in universities. Also, it strives to achieve quantitative and qualitative achievements in the scientific research field of high quality commensurate with the modern developments that the governorate needs. In addition, providing the opportunity for students to complete their postgraduate studies for the master’s degree who could not continue their education outside the country.

It is worth mentioning that Hadhramout University has a partnership with Silah Foundation for Development, which would contribute to supporting educational programs, providing the community with scientifically qualified cadres, and exchanging knowledge and experiences between the two sides.
