HU Information Technology Center held a training course on data entry for representatives of the university’s faculties. It was organized by the university’s portal and aimed to equip the participants with the skills they need to enter data from their respective faculties into the E-portal.
The General Director of the General Administration for Media at the university, Mr. Ahmed Zain Bahmaid, described the training course as an important step in activating the E-portal to convey various activities and events in the university’s faculties and scientific centers.
Mr. Sami Masjadi, the Deputy Director of the IT Center at the university, stated that the training course would help the participants develop the skills they need to enter data accurately and efficiently.
Over two days, the participants learned to enter data into the E-portal, including text, images, and videos. They also discussed the responsibilities assigned to the representatives and how to deal with them to achieve the best means of disseminating important faculty news and events on the portal.
The presenter of the course is Mr. Taher bin Sumait, the Director of the university’s electronic portal. He shared his expertise in data entry and guided the participants to create high-quality content for the E-portal.
