With hearts believing in the judgment of Allah and His destiny, and with words of condolence, HU leadership, the members of its council, academic faculty members and their assistants, and students, mourn the passing of Prof. Saeed Albrk Al-Skutty, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Legal Affairs, First Dean of the Faculty of Law.who passed away on Monday, 14 November 2022, in the Egyptian-Arabic Republic.
May Allah rest his soul in peace, and may his bereaved family be inspired fortitude and solace.
