Under the auspices of the Deanship of the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, students of the fourth batch of Pharmacy Department at HU, organized a closing and honoring ceremony for those who participated in the awareness campaign for medicine uses (Pharm D) entitled ” Ways to Use Medicine Safely”.
At the opening of the ceremony, Dr. Abdul-Qader Bayazid, Dean’s Deputy of the faculty, gave a speech in which he called on the students to exert more effort on their study and conduct awareness and therapeutic campaigns in order to introduce the community members to the significance of medicine and how to use it safely. He also confirmed that the faculty of Medicine would stand by its students in the implementation and supervision of future campaigns. He concluded his speech by thanking the students of the fourth batch for their effort and wishing them success in their tasks.
Speaking for both himself and the Organizing Committee (OC), Salman Bakerman, Chairman of OC of the campaign, expressed their thanks and appreciation to the faculty Deanship of Medicine and pharmaceutical companies, which contributed to the implementation of the campaign and stood by the students during their campaign in Daw’an District.
At the end of the ceremony, Dr. Ali Mohamed Baterfi and his deputies honored the contributors and supporters of the campaign as well as the participating students.
