Administrative Sciences Faculty Organizes A Free Training Course Titled “Leadership and Team Management.”

Under the generous patronage of the Administrative Sciences faculty Dean, Dr. Mahfouz Abdul Karim Al-Musali, the Training and Community Service Unit at the faculty held a free training course titled “Leadership and Team Management” on Saturday morning, December 9, 2023.

Ms. Rahaf Ahmed bin Hatrash, the Director of the Training and Community Service Unit at the faculty, welcomed the attendees, emphasizing the importance of training courses and their role in developing the students’ abilities. She also highlighted the faculty’s commitment to organizing various training courses to improve student’s skills and expand their knowledge.

During the course, the trainer, Abdullah Ahmed Baters, covered several topics, including the concept of leadership, explaining the difference between a leader and a manager, types of work teams, the characteristics of an active team member, and the reasons for the success and failure of a team.

The participating students expressed their admiration for the course and their desire to continue attending similar courses that play a significant role in developing their knowledge.
