Fourth-Level Students From The Department of Business Administration-Parallel from The Administrative Sciences Faculty In a Field Visit to The National Factory.

Under the auspices of the Dean of the Administrative Sciences Faculty, Dr. Mahfoudh Abdulkarem Al-Musalli, in coordination with the Faculty’s Student Council, the fourth-level students carried out a business administration-parallel on Thursday, 22 February 2024, to the National Fish Canning Plant.

They were received by Mr. Ammar Al-Salem, Director of Human Resources, who directed students to the conference room where a presentation was made on the factory’s history, objectives, and organizational structure.

After that, Mr. Ammar Al-Salem took students on a tour of the various practical departments and units of the factory where the focus was on the sales, marketing, production, and operation departments and the presentation of the current processes and procedures and how to achieve the specific goals.

On the tour, students asked some questions about their fields of study and obtained satisfactory and useful answers on project management, digital marketing, human resources management, and sustainable growth strategies discussions were carried out dynamically and interactively by students and factory workers.

The students expressed their pleasure and thanks to the Director-General, Mr. Mohammed Al-Fatish, and the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mr. Salim Baqazi, and the National Factory Management for their good hosting.

They also thanked the Deanship of the Faculty of Administrative Sciences of Dr. Mahfouz Abdulkareem Al-Musli and Dr. Mounir Khamis Al-Jaidi for this opportunity for students to enhance their understanding of the business field.
